Cancellation Policy

Sorenox subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew each month until cancelled.

How to cancel

You may cancel your Sorenox subscription at any time through the Sorenox customer billing portal.

If you need assistance with cancellation or cannot access your billing portal, contact us at hello@sorenox.com.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. Your access to Sorenox will normally remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.

You will not be charged for future billing periods after your cancellation has been processed.

Refunds after cancellation

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund payments already made for the current billing period.

Founding Customer subscriptions

For customers who purchase the Sorenox Founding Customer offer, the $149/month founding rate remains locked in while the subscription remains active.

If a Founding Customer cancels their subscription, the founding rate is not guaranteed if they later re-subscribe.
